Midnight Paw provides automated pet hotel room services. Our facility offers specialized rooms for pet grooming and temporary stays, accessible via digital access codes generated upon a successful on-the-spot booking.

2. Pricing & Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices include all applicable taxes.

3. Service Delivery & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

As we provide a physical facility service, there is no shipping or delivery of physical goods. Service is rendered immediately at the location upon booking.

Billing Policy

Upon payment, a transaction receipt will be sent to your registered email address. The merchant name "Gkash - Midnight Paw" will appear on your bank statement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We enforce a Strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy. Since bookings are made on-the-spot for immediate use, reservations cannot be canceled or replaced once payment is confirmed.

4. Terms & Conditions

• Users must retain a copy of their transaction records for verification.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the 4-digit door code provided after booking.
• Midnight Paw is not liable for any personal belongings left in the rooms.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect your email address and pet information (name and photo) strictly for booking management and security purposes.

• Your data is not shared with any third-party marketing agencies.
• Information is stored securely and used only to track room occupancy and provide customer support.
